Kavita Kumar of the Post-Dispatch had the scoop yesterday afternoon: Downtown restaurant Teutenberg's closed on Friday, October 29, after four years of business at 701 Olive Street. Owner Joanne Teutenberg is the daughter of Fred Teutenberg, well-known to St. Louis as the former president of Dirt Cheap and current head of Fred's Cheapo Depot.
