Molly's in Soulard
has a new executive chef, Bryan Flaxbeard, who has added some intriguing dishes to the menu -- alligator! sweetbreads! -- but if you want to visit Molly's for dinner, you had better go this weekend. Beginning Monday, January 10, Molly's is suspending its dinner service to accommodate interior renovations. The restaurant projects that the renovations will be complete and dinner service will resume by mid-February.
The restaurant will remain open for lunch Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. The bar will also maintain its regular hours during the renovations.
