1111 Mississippi, Vin de Set Owners to Open Pizza Joint

​Paul and Wendy Hamilton, the husband-and-wife owners of the ever-popular 1111 Mississippi and Vin de Set, will open a new pizza restaurant called PW Pizza, the couple announced late last week. (Sauce Magazine had the news first.)

PW Pizza will be located at 2017 Chouteau Avenue, the same building that houses Vin de Set and several other of the Hamiltons' ventures, including the special-events venues Moulin and the Malt House Cellar and the Grand Petite Market.

According to the Hamiltons, the pizza will be "East Coast" in style, though not necessarily in the sense of New York City or northern New Jersey.
