Pizza. Everyone loves pizza, especially me. Raised by a New Yorker, I am in love with a good pie.

So it's late, you're itching for food. Go to the freezer, grab a frozen pizza pie. Grab some pizza rolls and put it on the pizza. Put more cheese. Bacon... Then cook it. Eat some chips while you're waiting. Then take it out of the oven, put more cheese on it... Add bacon bits, eat, and have hot nasty dreams of bacon-pizza rolled-pizza after you pass out with a half-eaten slice on your beer-gut belly.

Go to kitchen, find some type of cookie, eat a whole bunch. After satisfied, find different type of cookie, eat a whole bunch of those. (Optional: finding another type of cookie, etc.) Then find leftover candy from Halloweens and Christmases past. This step is important: CHEW, do not suck on the candy. Must feel the crackling goodness of sugar disintegrating your teeth enamel for the full effect. Repeat until your teeth hurt or you fall asleep.

WARNING: do not make white cheddar mac and cheese and then think "oh, peach schnapps and milk would taste GREAT together, just like a peach milkshake!" and then watch The Fly. When Daphne Zuniga starts yanking those stiff hairs out of Jeff Goldblum's back, you'll end up puking into a paper bag containing your friend's unravelled The Smiths cassette tape. Or so I've heard.

It's gotta be fast food. First choice is (are?) the 2-for$1 tacos at Jack-in-the Box. Second choice is 12 or 20 sliders from White Castle. Third choice is pretty much anything at Taco Bell.

Thank God that White Castle is open for 24 hours! After a long night at the office or a late night of partying, nothing beats stopping at the Castle and getting a couple of double cheeseburgers and downing it with an ice cold Coke! Not a bad hangover remedy either!

Often my late night munchies involve a trip to White Castle. Especially since after midnight they will put eggs on the castles. Oh man that is so good, and if I am lucky I will have some sriracha to add to that combo, amazing.

Late night munchies are always either White Castle, just because White Castle is THE place to go after partying all night, or Taco Bell, or Landshire sandwiches. I just have too many good memories of late nights with White Castles to only tell one story! For sure White Castles will get ya out of having a hangover. They might affect ya in other ways, but no hangover!

we didn't have milk or butter for mac & cheese so we used mayo. It was so good. tried it again straight & not so much..lol

I used to work fast food drive through late night and I will always remember one time I took a car full of "chillaxed" dudes and hooked them up right with thier order...about 6 items apeice from the dollar menu. Chatted with 'em, talked 'em up while we waited, helped make the food, the works. When they paid, they "tipped" me a chilled beer. I just find it Right to carry on that tradition.

This is pretty cool. I didn't know all this stuff existed.

The classics have always worked for me. Tostino pizza dipped in (save-a-lot) ranch dressing or Ramen noodles. YUM! Cheap, easy, filling and satisfying. My other favorite is a salami and cheese sandwich with mustard with a side of microwave popcorn. Don't knock it until you try it!

Soggy double cheese burgers from White Castle? Heaven in your mouth. =)

OK: this was a hard one that i COULD NOT pass up on:

late night munchies in the house: grab everything!! easy mac mised w/ a can of tuna. potato chips & dip. i even use my mac&cheese as dip for my chips. PB&J sandwhich. raman noodles w/ hot sauce. if there r any leftovers in the fridge, they usually do not stand a chance. cut up fruit mixed with chocolate syrup & whiped cream & chocolate chips. HEAVEN!!

late night muchies which out & about: #1 choice is WHITIES!! a #1 w/ cheese on everything. then a chicken ring as well. extra side of cheese. chocolate shake. let the shake melt for about 10 min. then, drink away & dip EVERYTHING in the yummy cheese goodness!

Mine is a ramon noodle pizza!!! You use the noodles as a pizza shell (mix noodles and crackers together and add hot water) them I get 5 white castle(with cheese) and remove the bun and throw the meat cheese and onions on top then cover in chilli and ur set!!!!!

I usually stop at Taco Bell for a nachos supreme with cinnamon twists since there aren't any White Castles around. If I can't get to T-Bell, I settle for mint chocolate chip ice cream with Reese's peanut butter cups and mint andies candies on top along with the occasional sprinkles.

Did you know that they will make a Triple Cheeseburger if you ask? The things are like bricks, all jammed into those little boxes. It's late-night heaven, and my munchie relief package.

Once in high school, after a late night with some friends, I woke up to my parents' baffled discussion as to why their minivan was covered (the outside, not the inside) in White Castle boxes. Pot, that's why, Mom.

If I don't stop at White Castle, my fave late night munchies are Waffle house - bacon, egg and cheese sandwich w/ some hash browns.

I went to WH one night completely shit faced and ordered "BEC sandwich with the eggs scrambled and hash browns" and I got a BEC sandwich, eggs over easy, an order of scrambled eggs and some hash browns. I tried to explain it to them that I wanted the eggs on the sandwich scrambled, but it wasn't worth the trouble.

I always decide I'm a gourmet chef late night. A master of flavors. I realize this when grocery shopping so I prepare ahead of time. A must have item - Jack's frozen cheese pizza. When the time comes and I'm in the right mindset, it's go time on that bad boy. Anything and everything I can think of goes on that pie.

If I recall, the last creation was provolone, cheddar, beef jerky, pickles, horseradish, hot sauce and olives. Normally, I wouldn't touch that but it was the most delicious thing I have ever eaten at the time.

I love creating things I never would've thought of otherwise. Find some bread, peanut butter, and frosting and make a crazy good sandwich. Making mac and cheese and adding slices of sharp cheddar to it to make it just an overload of cheese. Make a homemade batch of taco dip and eat it up with some potato chips. Nacho cheese doritos with mozzarella cheese melted over them for some reverse nachos.

Being from Wisconsin originally has made me go on a cheese overboard kick. Heh.
