Went to the Iron Fork competition last night. Had a nice time hanging with friends, ate some decent bites and enjoyed a few Blue Moons. But, the overall event was really weak. The event was supposed to be about the Iron Fork competition, and it was as if the Chefs were in the background and no one paying any attention. Y'all should have featured the competition and talked up the food they were preparing. Not one mention of what anyone cooked. The competition just went on in silence.
