I've wanted to try El Burrito Loco forever. I love the fact that it's housed in an old Taco Bell and they retained the drive-thru. That's almost worth an extra star in of itself.
@petcare, you might be thinking of Nacho Mama's, I suppose. Not exactly near enough to confuse but...
According to the City of St. Louis, it is. (I checked twice because I had the same reaction as you did.)
We ate there March 25 as a fish fry alternative because a friend had heard they were struggling. That next week, my friend said he went in for dinner and was told they would be closing soon. It's sad because it was good food and the people were very accomodating to special requests.
