Dave & Tony's Premium Burger Joint Opens

Dave & Tony's apes the trend of so-called "better burger" joints such as Five Guys Burgers & Fries and Smashburger (which will be entering the St. Louis market later this year). Diners can build their burgers from a selection of buns, cheeses, condiments, sauces and toppings both standard (lettuce, tomato and bacon, of course) and not (ham, pineapple, avocado).
Dave & Tony's also features some custom burgers like the "St. Louis" (yes, it has Provel) as well as such nonbeef fare as turkey burgers, a grilled-chicken sandwich and grilled cheese. You can see the whole menu on the Dave & Tony's website.
