New Bakery and Wine Bar for Central West End?

​Yesterday, I spotted banners in the windows of one of the retail spots at 3949 Lindell Boulevard advertising Desserts on the Boulevard, a "bistro-bakery-wine bar." The banners include both a phone number and a URL. Right now, however, the phone isn't connected, and the URL leads to a placeholder page.

Construction is at an early stage -- indeed, the wall dividing it from the retail space next-door isn't finished yet. I drive this stretch relatively often, but not every day, so I can't say how long these banners have been there. (The company did register with the state's Secretary of State office this spring.) More as I learn it.
