E. Coli Prompts Beef Recall

​Are you looking for inspiration to partake in "Meatless Monday"? How about this news: Dodge City, Kansas-based National Beef Packing Co. has recalled 60,424 pounds of ground beef that was processed at a plant in Ohio. The ground beef might be contaminated with E. coli 0157:H7.

So far there are no reported illnesses connected to the ground beef, reports Reuters.

Each box and chub bears the establishment number "Est. 262" within the USDA mark of inspection. The products...may have been repackaged into consumer-size packages and sold under different retail brand names.
