Earlier this week, Gut Check told you about Rouge 24, a new Washington, D.C., restaurant that was mandating customers sign a contract to land the reservation. Among the stipulations in this contract? A ban on cameras and cell phones in the restaurant and a full charge of the cost of the meal to your credit card if you canceled after 3 p.m. on the day of the reservation.

By a margin of roughly 65% to 35%, you said you wouldn't sign such a contract.
