Hang the Fry Cook - Morrissey Should Create Vegan Fast Food

Meat is murder. Tasty, tasty murder.
Morrissey, former lead singer of the Smiths, has forged a career not only as the elder statesman of sad songs, but also as one of music's most outspoken animal-rights activists.

Not surprising, coming from a guy whose band titled its 1985 album Meat is Murder. Although we didn't really expect Morrissey -- or Moz, as he's known to his fans -- to compare the recent massacre in Norway to the fast-food industry. We figured he'd stick to shenanigans like saying, "I can smell burning flesh, and I hope to God it's human," while storming off the stage at Coachella because the smell of grilling hamburgers made him too gaggy to sing.

Why not channel that rage into something that helps society and makes you a few bucks, Moz. Like, perhaps, opening a chain of Mozburger fast-food joints!

If Chrissie Hynde of the Pretenders can open a successful high-end vegan eatery in Akron, Ohio, surely this will work.
