Did it? We have no idea. When we drove past it today, during the lunch hours posted on its website, it was closed. We still haven't had any luck getting in touch with the owners.
(So, uh, has anyone eaten here yet?)
- A small item, and possibly not even recent news, but driving the Rock Road this afternoon, I noticed that Fast Burrito (10009 St. Charles Rock Road, St. Ann; 314-348-3361) was gone. A restaurant called Murphy's Restaurant & Catering now occupies the address, though it didn't seem to be open when I stopped by.
Though its name sounds like a gringo-friendly chain, Fast Burrito was a taqueria. It opened last year, replacing Gut Check favorite Taqueria el Jalapeño.
