Filippo's Italian Kitchen & Bar Announces Grand Opening

When Gut Check spoke with Sanfilippo in August, he told us Filippo's would appeal to J.F. Sanfilippo's fans in west county, and the menu on the Filippo's website features dishes drawn from the classic Italian/Italian-American canon, like veal saltimbocca, chicken Parmigiana and fettuccine Alfredo.
Filippo's is currently in a soft-opening phase leading up to its grand opening Sunday. Beginning Monday, November 7, the restaurant will be open for dinner Monday through Saturday, with lunch service coming sometime in the new year.
