Señoritas Pique in Sunset Hills Closed

​Señoritas Pique inside the Quality Inn at 3730 South Lindbergh Boulevard in Sunset Hills has closed. The Mexican restaurant, a spinoff of Señor Pique in Ballwin, opened in late 2010.

Señor Pique manager Jennifer Jimenez confirms the news to Gut Check. "The restaurant was doing good," she says, but "it just wasn't working out" with Señoritas Pique's landlord.

Señor Pique -- a former winner of Riverfront Times' "Best Mexican Restaurant" honor and home to one of my 100 Favorite St. Louis Dishes -- remains open as usual.
