This Thursday, City Museum hosts Riverfront Times' Best of St. Louis party: the Rapture event.

You can win two free tickets to the party (a $30 value) each of which includes two free drink tickets, not to mention free food samples and entertainment. All you have to do is compose a haiku about the rapture (whether you believe it's imminent or nonexistent).

Update: [Tuesday, 11.1, 5:00 p.m.] Congrats, Douche McGee!

To enter: Leave your rapture haiku in the comments along with your e-mail address. Winners will be chosen subjectively; bonus points if you make us laugh. We'll announce the winner today at 5 p.m.

Douche Mcgee's 2nd haiku had 6 syllables in the last line.  That should be a disqualification.  Or at least you should give someone else a pair of tickets who followed the rules of haiku.  I'm sure you guys got plenty around there.
