The FDA has yet to identify the source of the contamination. The cilantro sold under the Pacific brand is grown in Arizona and distributed to several states, including Missouri. View the advisory from the FDA to see the specific UPC codes and carton numbers involved in the recall.
The FDA last week also announced a voluntary recall of twelve-ounce bottles of Tejava Premium Iced Tea. The iced tea could contain glass fragments.
