Fine Young Cannibals? Handsome Dutch Duo Make for Disappointing Dish

Well defined, but not well marbled

So I suppose we should all be SHOCKED and OUTRAGED and also maybe SECRETLY A LITTLE INTRIGUED that the two hosts of a Dutch television show -- both attractive, fit young men -- agreed to eat a small bit of each other's cooked flesh.

Supposedly, this really did happen. A surgeon removed small pieces of flesh from one host's ass cheek and the other's abdomen. A chef then sauteed the meat (without so much as salt or pepper for seasoning) in sunflower oil. And then, in an episode that will air tomorrow night in the Netherlands, the hosts ate each other.

"Nothing is really that special when you're talking about the taste of the meat," host Dennis Storm told ABCNews.com. "But it is weird to look into the eyes of a friend when you are chewing on his belly."

Now, assuming that, indeed, this really, really did happen, the reason why the one host, at least, found the taste of the meat not "that special" should be obvious: These two guys don't have an ounce of fat between them.
