Gut Check was a little slow to sort through our email this morning -- blame the Mastermind Vodka: farm-to-table-to-hungover -- so we apologize for posting this late, but Diablitos Cantina (3761 Laclede Avenue; 314-644-4430) is having a grand opening celebration RIGHT NOW.

OK, so you missed the ribbon cutting, but there are happy hour specials from now till 7 p.m., a DJ from 7 p.m. till midnight and prize drawings every fifteen minutes.
