New Vietnamese and Chinese Restaurant for South Grand

Signs have appeared in the shuttered Arby's location at 3924 South Grand Boulevard advertising Noodle House, serving Vietnamese and Chinese food. Not much more to report on this venture. According to the Missouri Secretary of State's office, one Minh The Hoang registered Noodle House in February of this year.

This would be the second Vietnamese restaurant to open in an old fast-food spot on this stretch of South Grand in recent months: St. Louis Pho Restaurant (3863 South Grand Boulevard; 314-664-4041) opened across the street late last year.
