Fiesta! Modern Mexican Opens This Evening, May 3
Gut Check learned last November that partners John Signorino, Gerry Moreno and Rogelio Aguirre planned to open Fiesta! Modern Mexican at 185 Hilltown Village Center, near the intersection of Olive Boulevard and I-64 in Chesterfield. Dinner service begins this evening, May 3. The restaurant's regular hours will be 11 a.m.-10:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. You can reach the restaurant at 636-536-0002 or at its Facebook page.
