Yesterday, we learned that Guy Fieri was shooting a segment for his smash-hit Food Network show Diners, Drive-ins and Dives at Anthonino's Taverna (2225 Macklind Avenue; 314-773-4455)
Ian Froeb Guerrilla Street Food and Guy Fieri's ride parked in the Delmar Loop this morning
This morning, driving to Gut Check International Headquarters here in the Delmar Loop, I happened to notice the Guerrilla Street Food (@GuerrillaStreet; 314-529-1328) truck parked at an unlikely spot at an unlikely time: outside the Delmar Restaurant & Lounge (6235 Delmar Boulevard; 314-725-6565).
Parked right behind the Guerrilla Street truck was Fieri's signature vehicle. A film crew swarmed the area.
And there, in the distance, surrounded by assistants and producers, was the spiky-haired one himself.
Here he is downin' a slug of coffee (?) before heading into the Delmar:
