Tidbits: Pasta House Co., Schneithorst's
- We learned a couple of weeks ago that owners Kim Tucci and Joe Fresta would turn the upscale Tucci & Fresta's Trattoria & Bar (15 North Central Avenue, Clayton; 314-725-6588) into another location of the Pasta House Co.
The transformation was swift indeed. The new Clayton location of the Pasta House Co. is already open for lunch and dinner every day.
- Sauce reports that Ladue institution Schneithorst's (1600 South Lindbergh Boulevard, Ladue; 314-993-4100) will have a new chef: Jack McMurray III, who opened Sage Urban American Grill (1031 Lynch Street; 314-256-1203) and was most recently at Kirkwood Station Brewing Company (105 East Jefferson Avenue, Kirkwood; 314-966-2739)
