El Toro Mexican Restaurant Opening Soon in North Hampton
An alert reader let me know that El Toro Mexican Restaurant looks ready to open at 3710 South Kingshighway Boulevard.

The restaurant occupies a corner spot in the shopping plaza on the northeast corner of the Kingshighway-Chippewa Street intersection. The space was previously home to Joe Bush's Pizza & Pub, which closed three years ago. I don't believe anything opened in its place, though readers more familiar with that area, please do correct me if I'm wrong.
A sign outside the restaurant promises that its opening is "coming soon." A peek through the window reveals an interior that looks more or less ready to go.
I did find a phone number listed for El Toro Mexican Restaurant at this address listed at Yellowbook.com and left a message in the voice mailbox.
More as we learn it.
