This week, I visit a Dairy Queen turned Korean/Mexican/American fusion fast-food joint: Kim Cheese (13435 Olive Boulevard, Chesterfield; 314-485-1408). For good measure, I stop by another new entry in the fast-casual market relatively close by Kim Cheese, the first St. Louis location of Potbelly Sandwich Shop (11615 Olive Boulevard, Creve Coeur; 314-991-6800). My review of Kim Cheese and Potbelly is now available online.
