Niche Opens in Clayton Today
Niche, the flagship of Gerard Craft's restaurant group, officially opens its new location at 7734 Forsyth Boulevard in Clayton today. Craft and his team have been prepping the move for many months -- they had so much lead time, in fact, that the original Benton Park location was able to remain open until just last month.

The new location stands next-door to Craft's red-hot latest venture, Pastaria (7734 Clayton Boulevard, Clayton; 314-862-6603). Its number remains 314-773-7755.
The hours posted on Niche's revamped (and still-in-progress) website are 5-9 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and 5-10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. If you want to dine there, you should probably make a reservation. Like, nowish.
