This week, I offer a two-fer of new Mexican restaurants -- or, rather, one new and one newly returned. New is Vida Mexican Kitchen y Cantina (at St. Louis Galleria, South Brentwood Boulevard & Clayton Road, Richmond Heights; 314-863-1150). Newly returned, in a new location, is Arcelia's (1928 South 12th Street; 314-241-1378). My reviews of Vida and Arcelia's are now available online.
