Crawfish Fest @ Broadway Oyster Bar
This month's food fest features 700 pounds of live Louisiana crawfish. Items on the menu include crawfish bisque, crawfish fondue, crawfish cakes over fried green tomatoes and crawfish sliders served with crawfish mac & cheese, just to name a few.
