Farmhaus to Host Nose-to-Tail Dinner with Chicago Chef Nate Sears
Kevin Willmann's acclaimed Farmhaus (3257 Ivanhoe Avenue; 314-647-3800) has announced plans to host a nose-to-tail dinner on Tuesday, June 18.

This is the second time Farmhaus has held a meal dedicated to eating the whole beast. The restaurant also features "The Fifth Quarter," a regular nose-to-tail tasting menu. In other words, if you love offal, or you've always wanted to try it, Farmhaus is the place for you.

This nose-to-tail dinner will include a guest chef from Chicago, Nate Sears. Sears worked for many years at Paul Virant's acclaimed restaurant Vie. He is also friends with Farmhaus chef de cuisine and Chicago native Andrew Jennrich.
The press release sent along by Farmhaus general manager Eric Scholle mentions some of the dishes diners can anticipate, including "Crispy Blood Cake, Pig Head Runza, Grilled Thuringer Sausage, and Vanilla Scented Crème de Lardo."
The dinner will have one seating, at 6:30 p.m. The cost is $64 per person (excluding tax and tip), with drink pairings available for additional $35. A total of 40 seats are available.
