St. Louis Restaurant Openings & Closings: May 2013
May was an especially busy month for restaurant openings. Notable debuts included The Libertine, which returns acclaimed chef Josh Galliano to an everyday kitchen gig, and the ambitious restaurant-gourmet market Central Table Food Hall.

There were very few closures in May -- that we know of, at least. The most notable of these was Dierdorf & Hart's Steak House, the steakhouse originally opened by the eponymous Big Red legends.
