Obviously, you're going to go to Sugarfire Smokehouse for the barbecue. But don't underestimate the burger. Grass-fed beef from Rain Crow Ranch in Cape Girardeau is hand-packed daily and blended from chuck, brisket and boneless short rib. They're thin, so go for the double -- it comes with two slices of cheddar cheese, and your choice of lettuce, tomato, pickles, red onions and house-made condiments, all served on a toasted Fazio's bun.

I realize that it would be boring to have Blueberry Hill as a winner every year.  But come on RFT, the cheddar burger at Blueberry Hill is certainly in St. Louis' Top 5, no iffs, ands or maybes about it.  I will try your 5 picks within the next 30 days and report back.  I will be awestruck if BBH loses its dominance in my rotundity.
