Harvest
(1059 South Big Bend Boulevard, Richmond Heights; 314-645-3522)

If you haven't been to Harvest in a while (or ever), now's a good time. Its four-course meal has several choices for each, like country-style turkey pate, warm butternut squash and chickpea salad, Farrar Out Farms turkey with savory leek and forest mushroom bread pudding, truffled-giblet gravy and cranberry quince conserve, plus pumpkin creme brulee. That's just one of the possible dinner combinations. It's $65 per person; call 314-645-3522 for reservations.

Here's an idea, eat at your fucking house and let the fucking employees have a holiday as well. But oh no, not these days. The fucking narcissistic pigs in our society will go out and scarf a huge meal before they go fucking shopping ensuring that this holiday becomes just another day dedicated to the cult of money. Fucking pigs.

It's not fair to have restaurant employees work on a holiday they have families too! The owners are just being selfish and money hungry........

Not everyone can cook and not everyone has friends or family to spend time with. Also, there are a lot of people that need the money and cant afford to take off work...I've worked many holidays serving and I always thought that the tips were better because people felt sorry for me for having to work

All restaurants should be closed on Thanksgiving. Should the staff at these establishments be thankful for not spending the evening with their families so they still have a job. Also think before you go to a retailer now deciding to open that evening. Is this the society you want to live in?

Headed to Boston Market on Thanksgiving. Not everyone has a family or share the same traditions - some people need the money and are glad to work it.

We're eating at home, cooking, baking, cleaning up, it's all good.

Eating out on Thanksgiving is a horrible thing to do. Your just taking someone away from their own family because you are to lazy to cook. Most restaurants don't give employees the choice of working holidays. Its either do it, or lose your job. And shame on you RFT for encouraging people to do this!!!!

Where's the outrage for all the restaurants that will be open on Thankgsgiving... none? Oh yeah, cause that's sooo different. I suppose wait staff don't have families.
