STL Hops Sixth Anniversary Party @ Perennial Artisan Ales

One of St. Louis' best food/drink blogs is celebrating its sixth anniversary. Your ticket nets beer samples and a special commemorative glass. Guerilla Street Food will also be posted up outside. Tickets are $30 for general admission and $40 for VIP, available here. From 6 to 10 p.m.

Sunday (Jan. 19):

Juicing Class @ Williams Sonoma Chesterfield

Enjoy a free technique class for adults at the Williams Sonoma inside Chesterfield Mall. Learn to create fruit and vegetable juices at home. From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Admission is free.

The Big Chill-I Cook Off: Date Night For Couples @ Kitchen Conservatory

Learn to cook several kinds of chili with your significant other (and wash it down with some refreshing beer). You'll make roasted corn and jalapeño dip with fresh tortilla chips, Carolina pulled pork chili, Cincinnati chili with spaghetti, "real" Texas chili (without beans) and root beer sorbet. Registration is $125 per couple, available here. From 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Sunday Supper @ Chaumette Winery

Every Sunday night you can enjoy a feast of local produce and meats at Chaumette Winery in Ste. Genevieve. This week, it's chicken noodle soup, winter greens with simple vinaigrette, pan-fried Meyer Farm Berkshire pork chops, mac & cheese, stewed greens and Meyer Farm Stonie's prepared Berkshire bacon. $18 per person, $7.45 for kids twelve and under.
