Overview: Sitting at the corner of Arsenal and Lemp is the friendly Benton Park Cafe, known as a go-to spot for fine dining, a late bite or a nightcap. While the cafe has many options for the hungry carnivore, it is currently transitioning to a more vegetarian-friendly menu. Regardless, the current Benton Park Cafe's menu isn't lacking in vegetarian options, as there are many meals that can be made with or without meat. The cafe is also open 24 hours on Fridays and Saturdays, serving a full bar and the entire menu, sans entrees. Look out for the cafe's new spring menu, which will debut in early March.

Highlights: For their new spring menu, Benton Park Cafe is premiering its mushroom ravioli ($12.75), garnished with shallots and doused in a sherry wine sauce. The ravioli is very light, and pairs well with any of the cafe's numerous side dishes -- entrees get a choice of two sides. The classic item will be a new addition on the cafe's dinner menu.

Though a vegetarian pizza has yet to be added to Benton Park Cafe's menu, this is pretty much what it will look like: Provel cheese, avocado, mushroom, onion, tomato and spinach. Currently this pizza is BYOP (build your own pizza), and with the above ingredients is priced at $14.49. However, you can add or subtract any of the ingredients, as well as opt for egg, red pepper, green pepper or jalapenos.

Another crowd favorite is the veggie sandwich ($8.49): toasted whole wheat bread stacked with avocado, sauteed spinach, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and Provel cheese. Also included is your choice of one side dish.
