Phil's Bar B Q

We named Phil's Bar B Q the best pork steak in St. Louis back in 2005, and it's still just as good. It's a little joint in Wilbur Park, but it doesn't disappoint. This family-owned spot has been going strong for more than 40 years, and it knows what it's doing.

Pork steak is the perfect fare for both poor white trash as well as the urban ghetto culture. Lets not forget that it can makes things easy on the rest of us as we fund these people's EBT cards, at least in this town.

Edit to add, Phil's BBQ is a repulsive sick joke of a 'restaurant' and an endorsement as best anything other than 'dated roach infested shithole' reminds one that while the RFT is a wretched shell of the publication it once was at least they still have a sense of humor. We hope.
