Church's Chicken in Maplewood - I wonder if Schlafly's Bottleworks is interested in the site for more parking (to allow for more expansion)?

St. Louis has always been a great city for smaller independent restaurants with character. I hope that doesn't change. Lots of cities these days are almost all chains.

Carondelet Diner re-opened this month under new mgmt and the new beef jerky deli opened in Carondelet South Broadway too this month. Both are worth a visit!
