It's officially summer on Saturday, and boy, does it feel like it. It's not just the heat, it's the humidity! Don't let that stop you from enjoying all the great and yummy activities St. Louis has to offer this weekend. Then again, maybe you should just go to one with air conditioning. Either way, check out our food-related recommendations after the jump.

Friday (June 20)

Food Trucks Under the Big Top @ Dwight Davis Tennis Center

Food Truck Friday isn't for another month, but check out this gathering of some of St. Louis' best mobile restaurants, and for a good cause, too. The event benefits Beyond Housing, a St. Louis community-development nonprofit. There will be seven food trucks, magicians and other performers and more. From 6 to 9 p.m. Advance tickets are sold out, but you can buy them at the door for $50.

Third Friday @ Third Degree Glass Factory

Every month, the very cool Third Degree Glass Factory opens its doors for an event like no other. Watch glass-blowing demonstrations while munching on eats from Brazil Express, Seoul Taco, Kona Shaved Ice and Sia's Italian Gelato. There will also be a honey tasting plus a cash bar with two drinks of the month, the mojito and the Grasshopper. Live music starts at 8 p.m. From 6 to 10 p.m. Admission is free.

Wine Dinner @ Moulin Events

Enjoy wines from New Zealand and South Africa paired with a five-course dinner. It's part of the second annual St. Louis Centennial Wine Expo. There will be red, sparkling and white wines from South Africa's Graham Beck and New Zealand's Jules Taylor; Vin de Set's chefs and sommelier Scott Gaghan will also be on hand to discuss the wine. From 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Tickets are $73 per person, available here.

Belgian Beer Tasting and Book Signing @ Left Bank Books

Writer Joe Stange will be on hand to sign copies of his new book, Camra's Good Beer Guide Belgium. Craft Beer Cellar will provide some delicious samples of Belgian beer. The signing starts at 6 p.m. Admission is free, but you can buy a copy of the book for $24.95.

Continue for the rest of the weekend.
