You probably already know who won last night's season finale of Hell's Kitchen. Jeanette Kozlowski tells you how it went down.

8:02 p.m. You can barely hear the person next to you at Revival, where Christina and about 100 of her friends and family have gathered to find out whether she will flown LA to be Gordon Ramsay's executive chef or return as line cook at this very establishment.

8:03 p.m. Some guy whistles and yells for everyone to keep it down. Now I know why they called this a "watch party," because it's nearly impossible to hear what anyone on the TV is saying (or shouting).

8:04 p.m. Ah, there we go. Someone finally turns up the volume. So "the culinary student from Missouri" Christina goes up against "the catering chef from North Carolina" Petrozza. Considering they've placed little gift baskets of confetti on every table here, the winner seems inevitable. "Matt is a freaking lunatic," Petrozza says, "and Jen can be a bitch. It's a tough decision."

Q&A with Season 4 Winner Christina Machamer

ST. LOUIS -- Thick, ominous clouds gathered outside 3800 Chouteau Avenue yesterday evening as about 100 friends and family of FOX's Hell's Kitchen finalist Christina Machamer poured in.

Although the menacing weather appeared as tough as British celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, Machamer hardly noticed. She effortlessly fluttered from room to room with a glowing tan and never-ending smile, energized to finally emerge from the contract-bound cocoon.

8:10 p.m. If you missed the first 13 episodes of Hell's Kitchen, the ten-minute, week-by-week recap should've cleared everything up. After 13 eliminations, only Christina and Petrozza still stand.

8:11 p.m. Just like the other HK finales, the restaurant is split into two--one for Christina to fix up, and the other side is all Petrozza's. "This is a wonderful dream come true; I'm just blown away," says Petrozza.

8:03 p.m. "Jen is gone, and it makes me sooooo happy," says a beaming Christina. The remaining three seem rather pleased with a short-term victory. Corey gives Christina a heartfelt statement when she utters, "Congratulations, fucking beeyotch." And then there's Petrozza wandering around shirtless. Uh, double yikes!

8:05 p.m. Ramsay whips up one of his specialty dishes and unveils the mystery guests! Who makes Petrozza shriek, "OOoooh my gawd! Oh my gawd!" Find out who it is...after the jump.

8:03 p.m. We're down to the final four: Christina, Corey, Jen and Petrozza. "Everyone is kind of out for themselves at this point," Corey says. "If I don't step it up, I'm out of here."

8:04 p.m. And then there's Jen. Caught talking to herself in an empty room, she seems revved up for this round. Go ahead, and raise your hand if you think Jen's leaving tonight. (I'm raising mine really high right now!)

8:05 p.m. Gordon Ramsay gives the chefs one hour to cook 80 portions for 80 customers described as the most finicky, the most demanding kind. With the kitchen fully stocked, any ingredient may be used. Then we hear Jen's quote from last week's preview. Remember how she mentions Beyoncé, Jay-Z and Fiddy Cent? Seems like she just speculated that these demanding folks are celebrities.

8:03 p.m. Now that we are finally rid of Matt's trail of tears, the hate focus zeros in on bossy, bossy Jen. Even Corey and Christina whisper across the bedroom about the unpopular contestant.

8:05 p.m. The 47-year-old Petrozza thinks he'll claim victory in a challenge of teaching "domestic housewives" how to cook. These wives turn out to be a pack of well-manicured babes (who look more like cougars) with plunging necklines who have never cooked a day in their lives. Jen isn't pleased about her partner: "Hopefully her boobies won't get in the way of cooking because they are ridiculously huge!"

8:08 p.m. Ramsay gives contestants 45 minutes to walk the housewives through lobster kills, vegetable chopping and pasta prep without doing a single task themselves. Petrozza turns out to be the most distracted by his partner -- a tall, blond beauty.

8:02 p.m. What will happen when former teammates collide? There's no doubt it will be Jen or Matt heading out the door tonight. Both have proved they are definitely not team players.

8:03 p.m. "We were glad to get rid of Jen and now we are getting her back," Christina complains. Corey has the same feelings about the sassy, loudmouth chef: "We are going to make her life a living hell."

8:04 p.m. "What in the hell is Matt still doing here?" shouts Petrozza. Heh. I was just thinking the same thing!

8:04 p.m. After all the teammate-swapping hoopla, Gordon Ramsay announces everyone is now on one team. Corey shakes her head: "It's going to be a three-ring circus because we have too many loud voices."

8:01 p.m. Rosann left last week. What sorry soul will leave this week?

8:02 Corey says Matt might be better as a used car salesman. Ye-ouch. She's already striking him below the belt, and we aren't even three minutes in.

8:04 p.m. Gordon Ramsay points out a major problem: "We're still struggling with timing." The challenge today: Cook three items off the menu (scallops, tandoori and chicken) with one person in the kitchen at a time. Much like a relay race, each teammate rushes to prepare the dishes, six minutes per chef and 15 seconds for each chef to explain to the next chef what he or she accomplished.

8:06 p.m. Last week when we left the kitchen of terror and undercooked meat, Gordon Ramsay requested one chef from team red to switch sides. Now we find Louross and Bobby preparing for a new team member as the women try to con the weakest link out. Corey thinks it is Jen. And we hear the line from last week's preview: "Corey is a manipulative ass bitch." That, of course, comes from sassy Jen.

8:08 p.m. Surprisingly, it's Jen who volunteers to go over to the men's team. Corey smile widens.

8:09 p.m. This week's challenge: Given 45 minutes, each team must create four dishes from twenty ingredients, only using every item once. This includes an array of meats, seafood, veggies... and human flesh.

8:05 p.m. Will Matt go this week? Or will he play nicer with the ladies? From the previews, it looks like Ben might be the one in hot water. But as you know, FOX's previews are consistently deceiving.

8:07 p.m. Is Matt sleeping in the same room as the girls, too? Now *that* might be interesting! "He is a nut-job; the girls don't even have an inkling about what he's like," says Ben.

8:08 p.m. OMFG! Chef Ramsay is a man after my own vegetarian heart. He gives the chefs three dishes made with soy protein -- only he leaves out this fact. He asks the 12 chefs to point out the missing ingredient. And not a single one can tell that the chicken and beef aren't actually chicken and beef! "He must've got it from a damn good vegetarian store," Ben says.
