Late-Breaking Show!
Good news, indie-rock geeks: Yo La Tengo just confirmed a show at the Pageant on Thursday, April 12. Although last year's I Am Not Afraid of You and I Will Beat Your Ass was sorta ehhh, the opener, "Pass the Hatchet, I Think I'm Goodkind" and watery instrumental "Daphnia" totally rocked my world. Like, fer sure, totally. Download the former song here. I've never seen them, despite having tickets several times and being obsessed with "Tom Courtney" after seeing the video on 120 Minutes in high school. I'm sure you all care.
