The Spirit of Frederick's Music Lounge Returns at Iron Barley

Miss Frederick's Music Lounge? Here's a little something to ease your nostalgia, according to the TIRC mailing list, which sent this missive along:

Come on out this Thursday, November 15th for the debut of Bargain Basement Thursdays at Fred's Six Foot Under! Music (featuring the gloriously low-tech, deep-soul rock 'n' roll of Bargain Basement), fun, guests, surprises, a cheap $2.50 cover, ice cold steak, taters and gravy (a.k.a. Stag) and Fred Friction tending bar!

Fred's Six Foot Under is located in the basement of Iron Barley, 5510
Virginia (just north of Bates), with the entrance around the block on
Compton. It opened its doors just a little over a week ago and is now
open every Thursday through Saturday (closed Thanksgiving) with the
legendary Fred Friction tending bar, booking the entertainment and
just generally running the show. Come on out and spread the word to
anybody with a Frederick's Music Lounge-sized hole in their heart!
