CD/DVD Release Shows for The Space Parlour: Live in St. Louis Series, Vol. 2

Hot on the heels of the popularity of last year's The Space Parlour: Live in St. Louis Series, Vol. 1, KDHX DJ (and Space Parlour host) Nick Acquisto has announced the release of the second volume in the series. This year, the compilation -- which features Bob Reuter, Quief Quota, Peck of Dirt, the Vultures, Bridgeton Air Defense, Learn, Artist! and Theodore, among others -- will also come with a DVD along with a CD. Clips of the artist performances involved can be found at thespaceparlour.blip.tv.

Acquisto will also be holding three benefit shows featuring bands to celebrate the CD's release. Schedule and more video after the jump.

Saturday, September 20 at the new Tin Can Tavern downtown on Locust: Dub Kitchen, Dozemarypool and Theodore (acoustic set)

Says Acquisto: "With $10 admission, concertgoers receive access to the show and Digipak CD/DVD featuring live audio and video tracks from all 11 artists. Attendants will also receive a "Parlour Cardlour," granting them access to the other shows for half price. Shows kick off at 8 p.m. and all proceeds benefit KDHX Community Media."
