Backstoppers Benefit: Saturday, August 2 at Stone Spiral

On Saturday, August 2 at new coffeeshop the Stone Spiral (2500 Sutton Blvd., Maplewood; 314-335-7388), a benefit will be held in memory of Maplewood fireman Ryan Hummert. Scheduled to appear are Kevin Bilchik, Corey Saathoff, Math You and others. Music starts at 7 p.m., with a suggested donation of $5 or $10 at the door. The Stone Spiral is located at the corner of Lyndover and Sutton -- one block behind the Shop 'n Save on Manchester).
