St. Louis Video: The Beatles, 1966

• I was 8 years old and the beatles made quite an impression on me. I remember rectangular stereo speakers hanging from bailing wire. I remember girls screaming before the show started through to the end. The best place to hear them was the bathroom. They were almost in the middle of busch stadium. fortunately we brought binoculars. Very low tech but still one of the greatest experiences of my life. Would love to see some footage of it if anyone has it.

• Annie, I found your post after googling 'Beatles St. Louis.' This film clip was taken from a bootleg DVD of the Beatles 1966 U.S. Tour. The film snippet IS from the St. Louis concert (August 21, 1966), however, the introduction voiceover was spliced in from their 1964 Hollywood Bowl concert while the music is from their last concert ever - Candlestick Park (August 29, 1966). Sadly, this is the ONLY known film snippet from their St. Louis concert (!)
