R.I.P. Tim Mullen, Long-time Mississippi Nights/Pageant Bartender

• He was the sweetest thing and will be greatly missed.

• Tim Mullen was a man who when I first moved to St Louis and got a job at Mississippi Nights, took me under his wing and taught me everything he could about the bar business. He took a sincere personal interest in my success in the venue and outside. He even took me to the hospital when I had to get stitches after my first barback shift. When the Nights closed he got me a job at the Pageant. I think he was more proud than anyone when I started bartending because he knew what it meant to me and to be honest it probably meant even more to him because my success was his success. He was a mentor and a father figure and I will always miss him.
