Troubadour Dali Gearing Up to Release New CD

Categories: News

Good things come to those who wait, at least if you're a fan of psychedelic space-rockers Troubadour Dali. The quartet is in the mixing stages of a new, self-titled CD, which it recorded back in December 2007 at the now-closed Penny Studios. In fact, T. Dali's Ben Hinn and Joe Schwab -- co-owner of Euclid Records -- will be heading to New York City to mix the recordings with Bill Racine (Rogue Wave, Mates of State).

Why the delay?

"Different mixing options were tried, but we didn't have the resources for a mix that we could settle on, so the recordings were put on the back-burner for some time," Hinn says via email. "The music on the album contains many of the songs we have been playing live over the past few years. We are very confident that Bill Racine will bring out the best in these recordings."

Incidentally, the LP is coming out on Euclid Records, which is the eponymous record label of the record store, hopefully in August.
