Ludo Plays Broken Bride In Its Entirety, Gears Up for Second Island Album

Categories: News
Earlier this week, Ludo announced a show at the Pageant on October 22. Turns out, this show is no ordinary hometown throwdown: It's part of a small fall tour that's going to take the band to nine cities around the country. At these shows, the band is going to play the Broken Bride EP in its entirely, Don't Look Back-style (along with other fan favorites, of course).

Now, why is Ludo just doing this small tour, you might ask? Well, the members of the band have been spending the last few months writing demos for its next Island album, the follow-up to You're Awful, I Love You. Moog player Tim Convy tells me that the band is again planning on heading to Los Angeles to work with Matt Wallace, Love's producer. (Specific studio dates coming soon.)

Much more info as it develops. Until then, some dramatic live footage!
