Here's something very, very cool: The Books will be performing at the Luminary Center for the Arts on Sunday, September 20. (Thanks to Glass Waves' twitter for spreading the news.) Lymbyc System opens. The Books plays this really stylized, intricate electro-acoustic rock that's simply magical; reference points include later-period Air and Four Tet.
