Jay-Z's forthcoming album, The Blueprint 3, will be released on Friday, September 11 -- and to celebrate, today he announced an arena/college tour for the fall. The closest date so far is a November 12 one at Assembly Hall at the University of Illinois-Champaign. (Hey, that's a 3-hour drive or so; totally doable.)
