Joe's Cafe, Bill Christman's whimsical studio/art space/venue in the Central West End that shut down last year, is set to reopen as a private club. A flyer circulating around town gives details about how patrons can become members for just $50 a year ($80 for couples) -- assuming you're 30 and over. (Says the flyer: "We couldn't handle the swarms of college kids!") Click below for more details and guidelines.
