The Wedge Back Open, Reactivating Stag Nite
I first heard that the Wedge had re-opened a bunch of weeks ago, but was reminded of it after seeing the "Open" sign while driving past the venue to Iron Barley last weekend. (The bar had closed in June.) The status on it holding concerts is unclear, although the late, beloved Stag Nite-- which lost its permanent home when Magee's was demolished -- is back up and running with Johnny Vegas at the helm on Wednesdays, starting today. Moreover, a Twitter account popped up with information about an 18+ house/electro night that's happening every Saturday, starting this weekend.
