First and foremost: Camera Obscura's 9 p.m. Off Broadway show with Papercuts is SOLD OUT says the venue. But for anyone lacking tickets, fear not: Vintage Vinyl is hosting a free in-store performance at 6 p.m. I'd also get there early for that one, however.

MP3: Camera Obscura, "My Maudlin Career"

There are plenty of other options for the heartbroken tonight, however...

...starting with Holly Golightly and the Brokeoffs at the Firebird. The garage-blues queen's current project is a collaboration with a man named Lawyer Dave, and the pair's tunes are delightfully vintage country, like a slightly warped Nancy Sinatra and Lee Hazlewood or Johnny and June Carter Cash. Kentucky Knife Fight and This City of Takers opens.

The Duck Room is continuing the night's kickass-woman theme by hosting Lez Zeppelin. The all-female Led Zep cover band hails from New York and, frankly, kicks ass. 9 p.m., $20.

Last but not least: At the Gargoyle, the Faint's DJ project Depressed Buttons will be playing. Immuzikation is also on the bill. The show's free for Wash U students and $10 for the general public, and starts at 8:30 p.m. This is kind of what to expect:
